I think it could be a bit more fair if I was more specific on what kind of metal I'm looking for.
In the past I've taken files from the following artists:
Arch Enemy, All That Remains, Decrepit Birth, Fleshgod Apocalypse, DragonForce, Amon Amarth, Here Comes The Kraken, Fear Factory, Divine Heresy, Necrophagist, The Black Dahlia Murder, Blind Witness, Rhapsody, Deth Klok (laser canon deth sentence and the gears were the only really nb worthy songs so unless they make a new album i wouldn't suggest this), and Brain Drill.

Since Metzger isn't creating so many godly metal files anymore I have to try my best to make some, but feel free to look into some of these artists yourself if you'd like.
In the past he's stepped:
Equilibrium, Children Of Bodom, Heavenly, Conquest, Scar Symmetry, and Keep of Kalessin. (all of these are artists I don't have in NB1-4)
He has had the best song choices for metal out of just about anyone I've ever known, everytime he makes a metal file I want it xD

also I'd love to have some stuff by Dream Theater just in case anyone was thinking of making any dream theater files

Some more stuff to possibly look in to. I'm sure these artists have something that could work for the pack, along with many more.
Origin, Obscura, Spawn of Possesion, Arch Nemesis, Blotted Science, Animals as Leaders, Beneath the Massacre, Meshuggah, The Red Chord, Psyopus, Odious Mortem, The Dillinger Escape Plan, God is an Astronaut, Ion Dissonace, and Sikth

of course don't think I'm saying JUST these artists are good, if you find something that's EPIC feel free to roll with it, this is more of a post to help you find something if you have nothing but are interested

NB5 won't be released for quite a while, like I'm thinking sometime next January or February maybe even later, feel free to take as much time as you need

and anything counts, like submit anything you want. the worst that could happen is it doesn't go in the pack xD

Fatal Tragedy has been stepped by Iamme in Astronomic Metal Collecion 2, it's one of my fav files haha

Outcry 4:43ish-8:45 would be a sweet cut

Bridges In The Sky a bit before 7:15 to 8:58 would be good

(i think having it fade in from a little bit before and then just have the arrows end when he says "sun" but don't fade out but cut the song off like 7 seconds later)

What I'm planning to do:

Won't be released till next year? That's good for me.

I'm a bit worried about the outcome for the files, they may not have enough JS or not difficult/fast enough, especially since I'm not good at StepMania anymore lol (in that case, I'll try to scout for some metal in my hard drive that'd make a good file)

I'll try to get in at least one file.

wow, thanks for posting these, they're awesome songs. Also, I prefer the first one over the second, if that helps you at all.

This video is a HQ stream of their entire album, and there is also a link to download the whole album in mp3 format for free. They did this because a pre-production version of the album was leaked and they thought that if people were going to pirate the album, they should hear it in good quality instead of shitty quality. Maybe someone else might want to do another song from the album!
