Re: Good Dubstep. . .
Meh, I was just posting a variety. Everyone has different tastes, so I was just posting mine. I wasn't sure about yours.
Yeah, Culprate is the best out of those IMO. And whocares, I'm not cbr...

Assumed? Based off of what? D:
Anyway, here's a classic. You've probably all heard this though.

Seriously, Kryptic Minds' album One Of Us is definitely a must-have. |

Re: Good Dubstep. . .
I'm more into darkstep these days. Most of the dubstep is just poorly made, and not well-thought-out. These kids produce this stuff in a straight line they don't think at all about how the overarching structure of the songs fit together. Most of the legit stuff is more restrained because they're more concerned w/ subtlety than which knobs sound best when cranked to max together.
Darkstep is some legit shit that has some artists crossing back and forth between the two. It's a middle ground between dubstep and drum & bass and I fucen love it

Re: Good Dubstep. . .
Skrillex usually produces great songs, so I rarely hear a song by him I don't like.
The first you song posted aperson was really good. I definitely enjoyed it. but the second one was really horrible to listen to. It sounded like 100 bees were flying around me and I couldn't swat them away. The sound they used for the 1st minute was really annoying to hear. it's probably just preference. |
