Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Submission Closed)
you young whippersnappers and your multiple judges and your silly deadlines
back in my day, just two people judged a batch of 150+ files each they did it in around 2 weeks and they LIKED IT and we all waited because there WAS NO DEADLINE and when the notes were posted we APPRECIATED them uphill in the snow both ways! harrumph

There isn't any reason to keep everyone waiting an extra day either xP

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Submission Closed)
Yeah, haha. Not intended to be rude or anything because things happen, but these notes were supposed to be released four days earlier. I think it's fair for those who are waiting to get the chance to see their scores and whatnot.
I personally don't have an issue waiting because I'm nearly 100% certain my file didn't make it, but I'm very curious to see the notes for the first-time submitters. |

Thinking this was some sort of notpron thing, I did some investigation in the picture URL and came up with 3 of these.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2 (Submission Closed)
It is improbable that notes would get released now. Since kjwkjw isn't finished judging, the fact that he sees everybody's note could influence him on the remaining files or even on the ones he judged before. Nobody wants that to happen. Yes, waiting is hard. I should know: everday since day one I've been checking this thread waiting for the notes and the drama to come.
But, then again, Choofers is making a valid point. |
