depends on whether or not to include the 20 or so non-submitted recorded scores on Kong.

I say, make people submit in the thread. Easier to check for Photoshoppers, and a leaderboard in the thread is nice.

Maybe add a poll to the post "do you plan on submitting and just havn't gotten around to getting good scores yet". I personally fall in the yes category for this.

Re: Tass Tournament Two: For Keeps. $20 Top Prize.
well tass, you can do whatever you want with this, it's your tourney. Heck, if you decide that you want to give all of your credits and money to me you could do that =P
Anyhow, there should be bonus like level point things. you get 100 points for each level beaten in some game. Then, there'd be: Actual rounds - 0-1000 points Bonus rounds 500 points each Kong level up 1000 points Bonus level points 100 points each level or each 10 levels or something... and maybe other bonuses =P for the people who suk on the flash games. |

Re: Tass Tournament Two: For Keeps. $20 Top Prize.
Tass you should know that for this game, point allocations differ based on which difficulty you play. You should probably specify that people should be playing on Normal.

Re: Tass Tournament Two: For Keeps. $20 Top Prize.
Ok... GDG needs to be played on Normal mode, to keep things fair.
And, i'll get a leaderboard up tonight, using just those scores that have been submitted in this thread. If I have time, I'll also do one including all Kong scores.

Does that null my score on it? I don't know what difficulty I was playing on, I didn't even know you could change it.

Re: Tass Tournament Two: For Keeps. $20 Top Prize.
if you didn't change it then it is normal mode. So, your score stands, but my score is already higher, and i'm still going.
Anyways, Devon, why would you wait? If you have scores, submit them. If you wait to see what competition, and they beat your scores, then you'll have to redo them anyways. If you wait for competition first, and submit your scores like all at onces quite later, what if you can't get a good score, and you're running out of time? So, better to submit as soon as you have a score, and upgrade it later. Also, if kong scores are used, it helps for people who forget to screeny, and keeps this thread from being 100+ pages long as Headhunter and quad will keep competing for scores. |

I never said it wasnt. But, if you guys keep posting screenies here, soon there will be 100+ pages.
so, if tass uses Kong scores, and updates them, and you have him buddied, you can compete using the Kong scores, so no need for 100 page threads. |

ok... compiling... not factoring in bonus for level...
will work up the scoring based on Kong scores later... but as you can see, currently, isn't much.

Re: Tass Tournament Two: For Keeps. $20 Top Prize.
Just killed myself once I breached a mil. Was actually trying to go for Day 100, but the levels just kept getting longer and longer and longer and I just couldn't take it anymore. I stayed up all night playing this damn game for literally like ~8 hours straight. TOTALLY done... I don't care if anyone whores and beats this -- the time wasted is unbearable |

Re: Tass Tournament Two: For Keeps. $20 Top Prize.
Utterly wrecked. However I utilized glitches on a few levels, but I figured out a way to get gorilla and upward spiral in about 8 seconds each. I've also found that eliminating unused anomalies speeds up the game and actually improves times due to lost lag. I'm not really submitting this as a score since it unfairly uses glitches, but it's still a cool score to get! PM'ed you a video of the glitch Tass just for fun haha, funslide in 3 seconds Last edited by QuadDamage; 02-5-2008 at 09:30 AM.. |
