As of right now:
#1: Hungary - 21,242,127
#2: Japan - 10,536,849
#3: Togo - 1,806,698
#4: Poland - 1,222,222
#5: United States - 941,496
#6: Slovenia - 550,353

edit: After about 15 clicks, you'll get an autoclick button. You'll have to watch it cause it'll shutoff after random times.
edit2: You'll have to enter what you see in the image before you can start [again].
edit3: Should get near 1,000 before you have to submit.

Sadly, the U.S. has just over 300 million clicks all-time.

edit: The Hungarians haven't finished below 2nd place since July 30, 2007. The lowest was 50th in the beginning of the game.
