You know, I'm usually in favor of night posting, but maybe night 1 isn't the best time for it.
I know! I should go find the post I made during night 1 of last game. Should be equally relevant and worthwhile here again.

Re: TWG XC: Deja Vu
First thing is first. No guardian, so no blues come out unless you've got a death wish. This may seem completely obvious to most of you, but I just want to cover the bases in case our blues end up being patently stupid.
This means no public alliance. No public psychic reveals, no public seer. No public seer means that if someone comes to you privately and says "I'm the seer and I seer'd you, let's get an alliance going", don't necessarily trust them. It could easily be a wolf trying to get on someone's good side, knowing that their lie likely won't be outed until its too late (possibly postgame). I'd even say that it may be foolish for the actual seer to do this. You'd probably introduce too much doubt in the person you've seer'd and there's always the chance you'd hit the MW and get yourself quietly killed for it. I would suggest that the Seer works privately on a list of seer'd greens and does their best to make sure people who are lynched aren't among them. I don't mean defend people you've seer'd green (that would be tipping your hand), I mean to instead try to get people looking at others. And if you've got any shred of confidence among you, seer, you could well be able to get a seer'd red lynched without revealing yourself to anyone. Apart from that, you could always come out to a seer'd green and reveal who you caught red if you feel it's worth the risk. Just don't come out to anyone UNLESS you have something worth passing on to them, and be aware of the fact that you may be telling all of your secrets to a wolf. And as a final note, I'd say that if someone says "I'm the seer, I seer'd x and he is a wolf" under the pretense that they're willing to risk their own life in exchange to catch that wolf (not a terrible trade, I'd say), don't necessarily believe that either. A wolf may have been able to identify the seer as dead (such as if the seer reveals himself) and would then be able to play fake seer as much as they like. They could always jsut take a wild guess that the seer is dead or that they won't get caught. Be mindful of places where information can be falsified. I think that's all I have to say. Just wanted to be sure I got it all out before day 1 hit just in case the wolves decided to go for me rather than manti. ps final note: don't assume manti is a wolf if he doesn't get killed. If I was a wolf, I'd probably leave him alive and wait for someone to say "he's not been wolfed yet, must mean he is one!" then go along for the ride. Don't be stupid. Then again, no one brought up the fact that manti hadn't been wolfed last game, even among the people who tried to lynch him. Might not be that effective of a tactic to leave someone like manti alive UNLESS the wolf is also willing to pull support from foolish greens, then openly attack manti in the thread. Manti won't be lynched unless you can match his count of sheep, so a wolf would probably have an easier time just wolfing him. pps I changed a little and added a bit. New content is unitalicized and underlined.

But seriously, it's not funny that syhto got banned. She was a major asset to the humans last game and her being killed so early was a heavy deterrent from us being able to pull off a win. In spite of being new to the game, she seems to be heads and shoulders above most other players, and I'd hate to see her taken out (or even replaced) early on.

Re: TWG XC: Deja Vu
Quite a stance change from last game Afro, Last game you pointed out that I would draw suspicion from simply being alive. What with last game, that will only prove to be more true. Especially if the wolves keep me alive.
Don't understand why you're recommending they wolf me though. Why do you want to see me gone so early Froman?

I honestly didn't count on last game playing out as it had when I made the post I did then. I was actually just trying to give the wolves a reason to not kill me and other higher profile players with there being no guardian to potentially protect us. Quote:
Last game was just stupid. I'm hoping that in the future (i.e., this game), lesser players will know better than to follow you blindly.

So Afro, just an opinion question quick. If according to your theory you can't/shouldn't ever win, why do you enjoy playing?

I'll forgive you since you're new, but dying does not equal a loss. If you die and your team wins, it's still a win.

Re: TWG XC: Deja Vu
I seeeee.
I was confused about that because when I first started watching TWG, Roundbox labeled only the people who survived as winners, but I thought that everyone on the team wins. So ... I assumed I was wrong about it. I sowwy for my ignorance, thank you for your humbling grace, Czar Afro.
