ffr poker thread
well the other one died
my friend is in vegas right now getting ready for the $1500 omaha 8 tmrw. hes on the rail at the 25k hu. just called me freaking out about being in the same room with juanda, gus hansen, peter jetten and a bunch of others... im ****ing jealous. definitely going to vegas next summer when im 21, hopefully i'll have a few thousand to bring... |

lol gus hansen is pretty overrated in nl holdem at least. wouldn't be afraid to play him at all

nah he was just freaking out about being around those pros. ya he is pretty overrated at holdem i guess. he has a lot of gamble tho and hes fun to watch.
my friend won 800 last night at 10/20 limit omaha 8 half-kill. says it was super soft... i cant wait to get there |

Variance ftw. I'm gonna hit up some $1/$2 tables with my dad this weekend cuz he said the players are weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeak (e.g., one player raised 29o from UTG) should be fun |

im not a big fan of omaha. too much variance. i'll probably just stick to nl 1/2 and 2/5 this summer.
