Re: Brain Teaser of the week!
Oh, duh. I just got the sequence one. It's similar to one I have seen before.
PMing to Reach now that I've got both answers. =D

Re: Brain Teaser of the week!
The questions will get progressively harder during the weeks. This is a warmup week ;o hence neither of them are too hard. The sequence however, is very hard if you have not seen something similar before.

Re: Brain Teaser of the week!
I just figured them both out. #2 was really easy, since I've seen something similar in two books that I've read, and #1 wasn't really that hard, either.

Re: Brain Teaser of the week!
Alright people, new rule.
If you get it wrong, you lose half the value for the question. I will pm you and tell you you are wrong, and you can try again, but you lose half the value for the question if you get it right next time. Two wrongs yield no points for the question. And uh, be careful when typing in your answers. I do not accept answers that are close or very close...only correct answers. Since I didn't mention this rule before though, it isn't applicable until now, so some of you are saved XD You people are rofling caking before you even check for mistakes in your answer ! XD

#2 was easy, seen similar stuff before. #1 took some thought.

Re: Brain Teaser of the week!
One time, when I was really bored in class, I filled an entire sheet of paper with the #2 sequence going as far as I could take it.

Re: Brain Teaser of the week!
I think I just got the first 1. Thought it through, I'm pretty sure it's right. No idea on the sequence one though. You guys are saying it helps if you've seen something similar? Haha that's comforting, I've never seen anything like that.
Good idea Reach, this sounds entertaining. |

Re: Brain Teaser of the week!
Lol don't worry, 3 others did the exact same thing tok.
And i'll definitely be trying to customize next weeks problems more since the people that have seen the sequence before are getting it and those that havn't are not! Xd But I mean, there are still 6 more days left.
