OK- here we go- No Freak 83 was wrong(I just realized I told him the answer...).
The rule has something to do with Molly and Ned and letters. There is actually a concrete rule, not "there are no rules" or "make stuff up". **You have to realize that I'm answering your questions based on the rule. Just because I say YES doesn't mean it's true. For example: Is the rule somehow related to the letter "I"? YES The rule is NO? NO Is he? YES Are they? NO Is the sky blue? YES Is the sky not blue? YES |

Argh... I though mine would help... It kinda did. I was thinking it had something to do with the numbers related to the letters. Since A was YES and Z was NO... Maybe if the first 13 are dominant it's YES and NO for last 13.
