My stats never update!

when ever i compleat a song and get rewared some tokens it doesnt update too the new value of tokens or update the amount of games played or anything why is this?

you've been blacklisted for cheating. way back in February. on the songs Activity Unbroken and My Darkest Hour [Heavy].
