It's not really funny but I like his attitude on the matter. I agree with some of his points.

I think there's also a fair measurement of gullibility here, towards believing in religion itself, & things to do with it. Like lent. I guess that's just my belief though.

Atheism is not a religion because it is not one uniform set of beliefs. Not all athiests have the same world views. However, atheism is a qualification of one's ideas of the world.
"An athiest is one who rejects the notion of a deity or deities." As you said above. So tell me now, it's not a belief system then huh? Not looking for an argument, but i don't like ignorance.

Edit: In other words... "No, not all atheists believe the world started from nothing. An atheist is one who rejects the notion of a deity or deities." What this could easily mean, is that atheism has many different branches of belief systems correct? example: As stated by Poison, Catholicism is a, "Branch" from Christianity, with this logic, atheism is in fact a religion, simply because it's a belief system with fairly similar views, of course not everyone has the same precise view on it, but that's just human nature.

Quite true, and we're all entitled to our own beliefs, no one can justify whether they're right or wrong, because it's strictly a matter of opinion.

Atheism = a + theism. It's a lack of theistic belief. It's the same as saying "I don't believe in any religion." It's not a religion.

Atheists don't "believe" the world started from nothing. We know it was formed by accretion.

A theory is the strongest thing you can have in science

You're not very good at religious trolling.

also RB_Spirit arguing religion on the internet is futile because everybody trying to contribute to actual discussion will never want to change their point of view

Nah it'll continue to die off as long as education continues to improve and help battle ignorance. Our generations are becoming more and more liberal.

I don't expect people to change their point of view, i'm just coming at this topic from a non-bias point of view, i'm neither here nor there, i'm neutral on this particular subject, i'm just not as close minded as some people here~

what you said is the equivalent to saying that the earth is flat so if you're not trolling i'm not gonna bother with you as you're probably majorly screwed.
