ITG cheat

ok so theres this cheat I keep on finding that says if you press, Up, Right, Up, Right, Left, Down, Left, Down, Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, Left, Down, Right
at the menu, all songs will be unlocked.
And it never works.
does anybody know why?

I've done this for mine. The one on http://www.gamewinners.com/ worked fine for me. Try doing it on a controller because maybe you're pad has some strange way of outputting signals into the PS2 making it seem like your pressing buttons twice or something like that.

When attempting it again I would say to restart the menu screen. Also the menu screen is where it says "Press Start to Continue" or something like that...not the song selection screen.

So the menu screen is the place where you pick your mode. (dance mode, marathon, battle etc?)
