My arrow reading ability improved dramatically when I learned how to look at the entire screen at the same time. It requires a ridiculous amount of concentration, though, so I don't really bother when I'm playing anything lower than VC.

When I'm doing easy songs, I generally look right between the 2 spots in your picture.

I look at the middle of the screen, at the judgement usually. Stepmania thing, like what Alex said.

I read at the bottom if it's Distant, but since this is FFR I look at the middle, or higher.

I look at most of the area where the arrows go by, I don't really concentrate on a single area unless it's an fgo (in which case I don't use the top half as much, mostly just the bottom half)

Lmfao I ****ing love you.

Also, I look in the middle of the screen no matter what song I'm playing regardless of whether it's Stepmania or FFR.

I look at my PA count and the percent

for some reason I have some odd fascination with the 25% in terms of time checkpoint of a song and how it relates to the 25% in terms of notes.

n_n

yeah but most of the time the higher point, other than the percent and PA count my spot never really alters at all

I've always looked here. I have no idea why though.

i look very high in the screen but that is cos i play with the arrows moving downwards, i look in the top quater of the screen. i play on 1.7 so if i hit it as soon as i see the not i hit way too earlie so its an issue for me when it comes to faster patterns.
