Immigraniada has a section of broken jumpstream, along with a 32nd note jumpstream section, unlike any under 50 difficulty song. I would make the argument, that based on the stats of songs with similar release dates and the patterns contained within the file, that immigraniada is a 52.

Always thought this song was a bit tough to be anything under 50, and stats definitely say the same thing. Although the latter half of the file is pretty simple iirc.

52 seems a bit high (pushing into the upper echelon of Challenging files), but definitely should be bumped to no less than 50.

This song lol. The first time I played it, back when I was able to sr fc most of the lower 9s, I was absolutely stunned at all the 32nd stuff. Once you acquire the speed for it, it doesn't seem bad at all, but really, for a player around the FCing 9s skill level (high D2) the 32nd broken js near the start and stream in the middle, this file is hell. I'd say it's a 51 or a 52.

its only 1 of about 3 songs under 50 that no matter how hard i try i cant FC it and its not only because of 1 section like dragons bane. definitely an over 50 difficulty song

For now we will make it 50, I think that's a fair rating for the file, I still think songs like Amerfuri Koneko, Chaoz Japan, TGWP part 4 are a step above this.
