FFR = Free-form Retarded. It's a kung-fu style developed by advanced students from a community college near Miami, California. The style involves hitting your chest with a slightly limp arm to confuse the enemy while walking stupidly forward and falling into your enemy to damage them. It's used by some terrorist groups who also strap themselves with C4 which can be detonated after falling into their enemies. It's quite effective, though often not listed as one of the major fighting styles of the world. However, thousands of people practice Free-form Retarded style today.
