You're stupid. 650 gold for 20 more move speed is awful. He's Singed. He doesn't need the movespeed. Not only should he be running move speed quints, but he has a force of nature. He should have gotten merc treads at the very least. He's playing singed, and he's 30, there's no excuse. Only boots you get on him are Tabi or Treads. Period.

I already made clear that he needed any additional speed for his role of disruptor + chaser which he beautifully fulfilled.

Anyways, he does not even have 100 normals under his belt... how do you expect him to even know what a rune is and even more specifically build one page for Singed? That's pretty dense.

Also he got the Force of Nature, because I told him to, WAY later into the game. (once again to help fulfill said role)

Then again, I don't think anyone plays with you judging from your character and mental capacity (or lack thereof)
