You have to be able to use the same finger twice VERY quickly in quite a few occasions. I want to say no, but then again I play pad and often generalize things as non-indexable when they really can be indexed.

I could index OMW. I FC'd it using a flat keyboard and just shifting my fingers back and forth quick. PA was terrible, but it was a FC.

Also, BB Evolution or Revenge... Evo has more index-friendly patterns and the jumps can be torturous, but it's feasible. Revenge has more non-index-friendly patterns, but I figured out a way to index them back in the day, plus there are more 24th bursts. 8)
