i have recieved 8 simfiles so far.

everyone from the upper bracket submitted except sp1nzok so far.

lower bracket i've only got one file lmao. if nobody submits out of the two they're both dropped

also when i said 'official' list i meant something smaller, not just copying the people who registered on the forums because obviously not all those people are dark chancellors haha; i'd nominate all these duders for official recognition, all for singles unless noted otherwise:
