Little youtube embed fix

I'm hoping there's something in the embed code that fixes this. When the [youtube] tags are used, the embed ends up missing the full screen button. 90% of the time, I end up going to the youtube page so I can fullscreen it cause of that. The new embed for youtube should have quality, watch later, and full screen buttons. This is just a minor thing, but it would be great.
