The dialogue is so annoying and unnecessary. Nothing funny or badass about duke in this game whatsoever. Like rubix said, any rating above 5 is purely out of nostalgic value.

They didn't give Ocarina of Time 3D a 10/10 for very picky things. One of them were that the stairs weren't graphically updated like the rest of the game.

EDIT: Just so you guys don't think I'm joking:

"More awkward examples of this [not everything being graphically updated] come in the form of stairs and open fields, where the blocky nature of the ground combined with more detailed textures makes it painfully obvious you're running up a sparse, flat surface."

I could care less that the stairs look the same.

I'm not saying it's amazing (but I'm not saying it's bad), I'm just saying that everybody that I know that has played it (and even some people that I don't know) say that it is a very great game with good innovation.
