Not to put a damper on your celebration, but this technology was publicized over six years ago. This is nowhere near new. And congratulations on telling us EXACTLY where you live. Just in case one of you ever manages to piss someone off, they'll know how to get to you. ~Squeek |

I'll stalk your children. Dude this technology was out in like 1960's. So we could spy on Russia... 10 Years ago this wasn't new...

Or you could use map quest (but I think they took down the satellite viewing) and then there is this other satellite thingy that my friend uses ALL the time... Forgot what it was called... It's some Microsoft thingy...

Seems dated...the Mega/Super-Wal-Mart which was built last year doesnt show up on the map.

What I meant by my post was the internet-based satellite use by civilians.
I cannot recall the site as it was, you know, SIX YEARS AGO, but I know for a fact that this has been made public for a long time. ~Squeek |

I found one a few years ago. The pictures are dated. But you know it's not life threatening that they're totally updated. Plus theres probably a gig of information in the little city maps that are showing. It barely shows nothing except popular cities...

My computer sucks so bad it won't even meet the minimum requirements. Well, just the 3D Graphics. The rest is like, what I have. I know my computer is extremely bad. Don't worry I'm building a new one. I just need an almighty great chipset.
If you were to look for my house, just look for the only pink house that looks like a barn with no backyard and the roof blown to peices, in southern california. After that huge storm, my roof is like gone, and it's STILL raining, through wednesday morning, then rain again on friday and more. And yes, I know. MY HOUSE IS PINK.

87x you just don't live in a populated enough area to be looked at for free. These pictures actually cost A LOT OF MONEY.

Terra Server is better. It has not just satellite images, but aerial photographs. I posted a picture of my house here a while back. It was a bit old though, because the front flower bed was empty and ever since we moved in it's been alive with plantlife. Oh well.

So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =( In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz. So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright. And I write the blog for their website. Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O |
