MISSION:
RULE ZERO) The song has to be absolutely awesome, think beatmania, or Amon Amarth, or look at examples from my previous packs. Nothing repetitious please, and Marathons are allowed.

*Who_cares973, no matter what your file for Feel Anymore is going to be in the pack, I really look forward to it

1) Your file must be a challenging and fun JumpStream/Handstream file and it has to be awesome.
Updated 2) 170-210bpm files must have 4200 arrows or more, 210 and up just has to be fun and challenging.
2.5) There is no maximum bpm, as long as the file is fun and challenging and awesome.
3) Avoid gay patterns that **** you up, IE jacks and no long 1 handed thrills... and it has to be awesome.
4) Mines are allowed, rolls are not (blue freezes) keep in mind it has to be awesome.
5) Most importantly the file has to be awesome
6) Dumps might be allowed, but don't count on it.
7) Resteps are not allowed, unless I allow it. (if you find a song in a pad pack, you can use it as long as it's not a popular song in an already known kb packs.)
8) I most likely will not take files if they're already in a well known pack. If they're in a not so popular pack and it is awesome I'll put it in

Apparantly 3 awesome JumpStream packs isn't enough, you all wanted more. Here comes the sequal to the Nuclear Blast JS Awesome Bomb Filez made once again by yours truely.

The scale I use to determine whether files are in or not is the "chance scale". On a scale of 1-10 I will rate the files chances at getting into the pack, at anytime during the packs creation a file may be pulled or put back in. This is a very casual style of determination, but I feel it allows to make the best possible pack in the end. If I personally ask for a file you made it has a 10 and will be in the pack without question.

Since Nuclear Blast 3 took 8 months to create I'm expecting the development of this pack to take a while as well, so there is no deadline, and I do not have a set number of files I want in the pack. But 30 sounds good. This pack is going to be awesome and it is carrying on the quality held within the NB packs. Good luck and have fun charting

actually amber starlight is probably FCable, at the very least there are no individual parts of it that can't be combo-ed which i think was his point. everything in the file has to be combo-able. (even if the file as a whole is too hard to realistically expect anyone to FC)
