2023 was a turning point for me in terms of my performance in this game. I started the year out pretty decently then peaked around the Summer OT where I got 3rd in D7. I then slowed down on my playing as summer was ending and I was going into sophomore year of high school before I took a months long break in the winter.

It was hard to rank this list so these rankings could change at anytime, but here we go. Sadly almost none of these have video footage and if they do, I don't feel like combing through my dozens of streams to find them.

Starting off the list with a pretty tragic score. Every great here is touching the line and im hoping I can redeem this in 2024.

I frankly dont even know how I managed to pass this file. Like i return to it every now and then and the infamous trills always manage to make me its bitch.

I put this file on here solely because of the PA and the CB control I displayed here. CBs have always been an issue for me so a 1 good on a file of this type is something only done once in a blue moon for me.

Just a really good Icy X2 speed score.

I was chipping away at a FC on this file for a majority of this year. I basically AAAed the first 2/3 of this.

You know a AAA is clean when even though you got 2 greats and a miss, its still well above 99.70%.

This file is extremely tricky to time to the point where ignoring the music is the key strategy. There are only few perfects here that couldve been almost a great so good on me.

This file is a fucking gauntlet. It was done during a stream as a request from Brighton and holy shit this file is like Peace Breaker on cocaine. Despite this, I just barely scraped by with a AA.

Another tragic score for this thread. Its this high mainly for how clean it is. Without the miss, it couldve easily been a 99.89.

Throughout this year my handstream abilities slowly took a backseat to everything else and while it has its drawbacks, I still managed to clutch a 97% on 1.2 with minimal CB rushes.

My speed aint washed.

Hi19's Destiny Gamma is easily one of the most uniquely awkward jumpstream files in the game which makes the file stand out. Pretty happy with this.

This score blows my mind everytime I see it. The first half of this file, while being nothing to scoff at what so ever, isnt too bad, but it quickly ramps up in the last half with similar patterning which makes the minimal CBs and tight PA all the more suprising to me.

Another file I chipped away at for the majority of this year. Easily my favorite file in Valedumps 3 and this score is just something special man. I dont even know what to say here.

Easily the cleanest score here. This file will remain in this spot solely for the PA. This is score is like Archon where I really cant say much because of how dumbfounded I am. The distrubution graph says it all dude.

Metal stamina speed files are some of my favorite types of files in this game and Icy X has alot of them. This file doesnt let up at all. Props on me for holding my composure for as long as I did.

Even though this exact song was the bane of my existence back during the FFR Official Tournament this year, this still is one of my favorite charts in the game. Its a pure test of all of my skillsets. Only thing is that I could definitely improve the CB count but other than that, great score.

Radiata is a file that has always been my arch nemesis in Etterna. The bursts in the middle are the hardest patterns to understand that ive ever seen in this entire game but RNGsus came in clutch during this fun and I barely scraped by with a 94%. I hate this file with every fiber of my being.

This is another case similar to Raidiata where I could never understand the patterns used in this file. I dont know what I took during this session that made me get a 98% on this file with 6 CBs and no misses. jesus christ man.

Another one of my favorite files in Valedumps 3. This chart is just batshit crazy on 1.25 along with its insane use of mines. I only managed to hit 1 (also shoutout to Deamerai).

I was debating putting this or my 1.1 94% on here but I think this one is slightly more impressive. Wokman is a pretty awkward file that throws basically everything at you it can so getting a clean PA on this like I did is pretty crazy.

5 months later and im still in awe on how I got this so cleanly.

Probably my longest quad yet, I got this on a whim when I was bored one night.

The reason why I ranked this file this high here is that as of 2023, I am the first and only person to hold a AAA on this file, and even though it could be beaten easily by accuracy players way better than me (Matt, i know youre reading this.), im still very happy I got this.

My Peace Breaker 95% might just be my best score this year. There isnt much I can say about this file that hasnt already been said before so Im just gonna say that even though I remember being pretty tired for the duration of this file, I still am impressed that I managed to get a near 96% on it. Peace Breaker is no doubt the one file I worked the hardest to aquire a good score on during 2023. Shits crazy.
