For Great Justice! - Megaman III - One last Battle...
I have been wanting to do this remix for a couple years, and about a month ago a good friend egged me on to do it, and Synth and Jewpin did a lot to encourage and help me to get this done. Thanks guys.
I'm going to write a little speil about the tune because this piece of music really means a lot to me, being the first one I've written in about two months, and well, yeah. Happy new year. I haven't played the game or heard the real music for this in about a year.. I hope it is accurate still.. I seriously don't know how many of you will even recognize the tune, because it is just a little diddle from the end of Megaman 3, so i kept the opening analogue to help recognition, and because I like how it just get absorbed later on. Right before you fight Wiley you go down this long ass hallway that is just empty, with a couple power ups.. It is really a sad moment in the game, like you defeated everything this guy has and now you're just running to face him. It also had this real epic sense to it, so I tried to capture it as best I could. There's two versions of this song because when I was writing it for FFR I realized it wouldn't fit in terms of length and the way the song slows down doesn't seem to cut it, so now i am stuck in a position where I have two endings of the same song. :\ I just wanted everyone to hear the REAL ending before it became a level, if it ever does. I'm not so sure about that last part. So the OG version is this: http://www.spookgoblin.com/fgj_mm3_olbffr.mp3 And the finished version, or alternate ending, is this: http://www.spookgoblin.com/fgj_mm3_olb.mp3

I recognize this perfectly... It's been covered before in OC Remixes, but yours is the best version I've heard of it. Good work.

I'm glad I could have helped out on it. I really think that M synth adds a lot of "flava".
Good job yo. |
