Then strengthen your back muscles. That's what I did.

Get 2 hand weights between 2 and 3 pounds each. Lay on your stomach flat on the floor. You can turn your head to either side if you prefer. With your hands above your head, lift and hold for 2 seconds, and then put them back down. Do that ten times. Repeat the same thing (still on your stomach) with your arms stretched outward, and with your arms down by your waist. Do this once or twice each day, morning and evening, morning if you do it once. You'll feel it when you get up, and after a week or two, you'll always stand up straight.

I recommend it to anyone who slouches. Let me know how it works. Oh, and if anyone has tight hamstrings (which is usually true if you can't touch your toes), I have an exercise to loosen them up. Let me know if you're interested

last I checked, I can palm the ground without bending my knees while standing up

*checks again right now*

I can get 5 fingers down easily, most of my hand too
I really had to stretch to get the palm down, it killed, but I got it

so yeah, I have long arms

it feels a whole lot better too
At first it felt like I was leaning back a lot, but when I looked in the mirror it was normal, and it felt better too. Good posture is good.
