Re: The Xmod Project (Submissions are open)
Well then, could I send in one chart and let you guys determine whether or not another needs to be added (pending acceptance)?

Re: The Xmod Project (Submissions are open)
Alright, we talked it over and we're going to drop the two charts being mandatory rule. But we'd really really like to see at least two charts so that we can cater to a wider skill level of people.

Also, some charts I'll be finishing for this
still rough of course, much work to be done XD Thanks Byron haha, I've wanted to do this for so long but honestly was afraid of the reaction I'd get : x |

I'll use your file as the harder one more than likely, make one for myself, and then tweak the charts to go with the gimmicks that I make, haha. I have some pretty ridiculous ideas for this song, too. |

Re: The Xmod Project (Submissions are open)
Oh before I forget, expect a file or two from me. I have been wanting to step this one song with x-mod for a while. I just hope it turns out well since I have not stepped anything legit in a long time.

Re: The Xmod Project (Submissions are open)
Understandable. It's a good idea, it's just tougher to do for some files.

Re: The Xmod Project (Submissions are open)
Like I don't get how negative bpms, and gimmicks work. And I can't read x-mod either.

Re: The Xmod Project (Submissions are open)
I actually still have yet to learn negatives, that's my next project haha. But a lot of times gimmicks are pretty intuitive to the song. It's mostly just stops and bpm shifts for the stuff that's not negatives. Someone else would have to explain those. As per reading it, it's just something you start to get used to after playing them for a bit, I'm still not all that great at x-mod files, but I think they're really fun.

Re: The Xmod Project (Submissions are open)
if i can find a song that would make something good for x-mod i'll definitely make it and send it over to here. i've always wanted to make a fun x-mod file, but i never could find the song choice for it :O
