Just to give people a general idea on how "good" I am at ffr compared to stepmania.

p.s. cam was shaking because of my ghetto setup I made on my dad's computer desk.

Dude.. shrink your screen A LOT more. So you can see just the top of your combo.

I can barely read the arrows and it's like sudden+...I just can't react the same way.

But i'll try it later on tonight and see if it helps more.

no offense... pretty crappy, as far as what I'd consider vid worthy...

as was said, screenshrink more. At least so that the info in the lower right is hidden.

You don't HAVE to, but it makes it easier to read int he way that you see less at a time, so you have less to process at any given time. It also produces the same effect of a higher Cmod in StepMania, making the arrows more spaced (to react better, less confusion) and makes them seem like they are coming faster, making it easier to read harder songs. If you play StepMania on C600 for example for an hour then go to FFR without screen shrinking, it will seem REALLY slow, and when you get used to it and go back to SM and play C600 again it seems a lot faster than before (or, it does for me when I do that).

So basically. You shreenshrink for less confusion and some people find FFR too slow moving.

A few points I might add right now.

-stlunatic your screenshrinking is absolutly insane....it might take a TON of practice to get it to shrink that much

-mangrapes ... I use C750 for stepmania and I think even 600 is insanely slow but you are right about playing ffr then watching sm...my old videos seem way faster.

My screenshrinking is probably somewhere around C750, maybe closer to 800.
