TWG forum modding
Perhaps the host of each game could be forum-modded, allowing them to sticky/desticky the games and lock the signup threads, etc. (if they have those powers). Then they would be demodded after the game, and the next host would be modded, and so on.
The only problem I see with this is the fact that the forum mods would be changing about every three to four weeks, which Synth and the other admins might not particularly like. Though Tass might be able to help the cause, if/when he gets back into TWG, especially since he could take care of it as an admin. |

Re: TWG forum modding
They tried this before. I think they don't do it for a reason, but i'm not too sure what it is.

Re: TWG forum modding
I thought I remembered discussion of it before, but since they're starting up forum modding on a wider scale, I figured it was worth a shot.

Re: TWG forum modding
I think they did it once or twice, but they probably avoided it because it was a hassle to do.
And apparently Tass has enough power to add mods and remove them, so I don't see why he wouldn't be able to do that.

Re: TWG forum modding
I could do this... I highly doubt I'll be getting back into TWG in the near future. Maybe around like... TWG 50 or something for nostalgia.
And... I'd consider doing this, but it would take people bugging me about adding them and then later about removing them. Also, I'd only be willing to do it with more long term well respected TWGers. No offense to the slew of newbs who have been hosting games recently... just don't have a comfort level in modding you, even for a few weeks.

Re: TWG forum modding
Well, whatever happens, if you can find me online, I'll be more than happy to do mod-things to your TWGs.
