If this did happen it would probably be better just to do a rough filter of the sims so that offsync POS files never make it to the batch. I'm not sure how much time that would actually save the testers though.

Re: File Testing
I'll test files I suppose.
shad0wlord@live.com I'd label myself as a green tester. I make files, but none of which have been queue'd. |

Re: File Testing
Hey, I can test files. Keep in mind that depending on how busy I am I might not play your files right away though.

Re: File Testing
I'm willing to test. I'm not bad at stepping files, just really lazy.
However, in testing files, I guess I could be a little picky on a file. GreenCherrySM@gmail.com |

I think you should also include particular playing styles judges are best at judging. I play index, for example, so I have little experience with spread files but a lot with index files.

Re: File Testing
Just a general request... If you want me to test a file, could you send me a pm telling me you sent me the file? I don't check my e-mail very often, so a file could easily go unnoticed for a week or so.

Re: File Testing
Sure, add me.
stonescape9@hotmail.com Lots of Stepmania/simfile experience, many years of DDR step editing, and just one lonely song in FFR as of now (Haven - SGX) and none in the queue because I'm a slow simfile maker. Many don't know me as a stepfiler, or at least shouldn't know me, because I just recently entered the FFR scene.

Re: File Testing
I'll test if you want, even if I am black. But still, we need more people to represent the common FFR'er guys than GODLY STEPPERS like Rebirth, stargroup, Cyanite, Sulfer, jimerax, you get my drift?

Yeah, I'm not godly. I'm decent, getting better. I just have a lot, which apparently makes people like you =/
Ahem, not that this thread is for discussing sim author's skills. |

Re: File Testing
I wanna be on that godly list >=O
...eventually... Whereas I'd fit under the black category, I've played FFR for 2.46 years...whereas that don't say much by itself, I am indeed on the top 200 most game plays lifetime list(at least would be if the damn thing would load). I do know how I would want a song stepped. Granted I personally may not be able to step it that way, but perhaps I wouldn't qualify as a completely inexperienced tester. (however I don't have a file queued, that hopefully will change should I perfect my current chart before batch) Last edited by Nevlusti; 11-26-2007 at 12:37 AM..
