Umm..gambling hall?
Maybe someone should make a page with a Q/A or instructions on the game so when people go there..they don't lose a whole crap load of credits thinking they are gambling on an FFR match or something. *cough cough COUGH*
Edit: And by someone, I mean..the admins or mods. By page..I mean not the forum..the actual HALL. thx~<3

Re: Umm..gambling hall?
There's no point in that. People who gamble are gambling at their own risk. If they end up losing them all, that would be his/her fault. If people don't want to risk losing their credits, then don't gamble. Simple.

Re: Umm..gambling hall?
I have never heard anyone think they are losing creds in a FFR match and not know they are gambling. But besides that, that is dumb. People choose to gamble how much they want. So they get addicted and lose their creds, tough luck, their fault. They need to learn self control.

Re: Umm..gambling hall?
True. And I understand now how it works. All I was saying was that I wish there was something telling me "HEY! IF YOU CLICK THAT, IT'LL DO THIS RANDOMIZER AND THE THING YOU ARE BETTING ON IS A 50/50 PICK" before so I didn't think clicking the link would send me to an actual CHALLENGE to bet on.
Get it? o-O;;

Re: Umm..gambling hall?
I understand..just think about this for a second.
The links are set up for wagers right? Wagers on WHAT? Exactly, you don't know..I don't know..for all any new player knows, a window with a score to beat or a hidden score to beat comes up and you need to play FFR and finish the challenge someone bet on thinking you'd lose..maybe a flash game horse rally would go on and you would bet on a horse. Let your mind continue to think of things you can bet on. The point is, nothing says..when you click this link..you are doing a randomizer and this is how you bet. The only thing you know is how much you are betting. What I was trying to say was..instead of confusing people who are curious and making them bet before they even know how the betting actually works, maybe make a small little sentence at least saying that if you click a link below, a randomizer will do a 50/50 and the winner gets the credits.

Re: Umm..gambling hall?
Here's the rules : Click and lose your credits.
Lol, I also hate the rule where house takes one, who do you think you are? JK But, if you lose ten credits from a bet and then win ten credits in a bet, it's not even, you lost 1. |

It's interest, duh. It all feeds back into the system to keep inflation low.

Re: Umm..gambling hall?
The rules are in the main page post Tass/someone made when the Gambling Hall was released. Maybe that could be linked to or copied onto an instructions page at the actual Gambling Hall.

Re: Umm..gambling hall?
When a person is new to the site, they would have little or no credits. That means that high wagers are not possible for them to gamble, resulting in losing a pinch of credits from their FFR wallet. People who have been here for a decent length of time should understand how the gambling feature works, and if they don't, the stickies have been posted for a reason.
People need to take the time to read some of those stickies, and ask friends or people you know around the site, not necessarily through the forums, but through profile chat, private messages or by other means. Life is not straight-forward, and relatively logical things don't need to be submitted to every corner of the site. However, if one is to lack understanding of something, you should always refer to the FAQ. The FAQ isn't only there to answer the question you had in mind, but also to see if there are other questions which draws your attention. It's also not only restricted to 'newbies', or new users. Who knows, you may learn something new. I certainly did while I was writing this up. A screenshot for those who are lazy in an attempt to read the actual FAQ page, this is to show that the information about the Gambling Hall has already been clearly defined:
