All right i gotta hand it to Plasmix and the biggest word is Pnuemonoultramicropicsilicovolcanoconosis.................wow i hope i spelled it right.............anyway does anybody know what it means?!?!?!?!?!?

Well, I HAD written up a very large post where I analyzed the chunks of the word you presented and came to an answer, but a board error made me lose my post, so you just get the answer
From the context and meaning of the individual parts of the word, I'd guess that the word has something to do with the prescence or formation of an unstable silicon or silicon-bearing gas or liquid in the pulminary system.
