Can I get people to tell me what they do when they are feeling down to cheer themselves up? I'm a little depressed right now and everything I've been doind doesn't seem to help. So anything would help me right now.

Well, I swim because I'm a swimmer. Do any type of physical activity and it will make you feel better. Also, crying makes you feel much better. Write in your diary. Just try and get all of the negative things out of your mind so you can get on with your life. Or, you could try to solve the problem that is making you depressed.

Kick your friends ass at an arcade game and be a total jerk about it. (i.e. Show off, after every game yell "IN YOUR FACE!!!", use loud voices, etc.). Just be sure not to lose or else it will turn RIGHT BACK AROUND.

Go to sleep.
Watch a movie.
Or... Listen to music/depressing music.

Watch a happy movie though, or you might get more depressed. Just try and do positive things that take your mind off things for a while. Enjoy some hobbies like skateboarding or riding your bike.

Any shooting video game will do it. Try halo or gtaSA.

I've tried the video games, doesn't really work. Because every game I play I usually waste my friend's ass in. It's almost 11 where I live so swimming isn't an option, although I really wish I could because I love swimming. And I guess listening to music will help. Thanks alot for the info.

I've got a great idea! Play Grand Theft Auto: III, San Andreas, or Vice City and kill any police officers you see. It makes me feel better....even if it isn't their fault.

You know, you're right. I can't think of one time when I've eaten mexican food and I've been sad after doing so.

Er...except for one time...But that was because there was too much cheese, and I'm lactose intolerant.

Lol. Those things work, especially the skipping like an idiot. Except I do that on a daily basis....soo ya...lol. Well some things I used to do when I was down, but don't anymore, play extremely violent video games(blood and gore isn't a nescessity)and besides, I totally dislike all the GTA games. They make me think evil thoughts. Like breaking into a military base, steal a tank, a sniper rifle, and some ammo, and go randomly kill pedestrians, pick up hookers, kill them, take back my money, shoot cops, then when the deeds are down, put that code in and have my wanted level go down to 0.
