RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Fact or Fiction: Women Are Aggressive Dr
My dad is more of an aggressive driver than my mom. My sister likes to speed around places, but she's not exactly aggressive. I know i'll probably be an aggressive driver when I want to because I hate when you're on the highway and you get ahead of someone and then they try to get ahead of you again and then you try to get ahead of them. I'd probably just end up speeding ahead of them and try to knock them off the road.
Not really, but it would probably end up as a race.

Women are naturally less aware of their surroundings; it's a fact. I'm not saying they're all bad, it's just that on average they're naturally not as good of drivers as men, but men do tend to be more aggresive and careless, so that makes up for that.

I'm a bad driver.
And I'm aggressive. I'm very imppatient. If someone isn't atleast going to speed limit, did something to piss me off like cut me off or is just driving like an idiot, I do everything I can to piss them off. Ride close behind, flash my brights, even honk at them sometimes. |

women are aggressive drivers only when they are cut-off by other drivers in traffic.

But saying women are less aware of their surroundings is crazy talk. Since when are women clumsy?

RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Fact or Fiction: Women Are Aggre
The disturbing thing is that there have been many studies done that show women are less aware of movement and activities surrounding them than men. I am not endorsing this or even saying that I do or do not believe it, but it is interesting. I will see if I can find these articles. The latest article I read had something to do with women and first person shooters. (Not their skill level but awareness.)

Yes, she placed 4th in the Indy 500. What does that have to do with the debate though?

You wouldn't expect women to be aware of a game when they don't play video games as much as men.
