moar reviews. a few submitted files are not in here, i will get to them asap. and intensez i dont think i have received your file, try resending it

i cut the Contact song and sent it back to YoshL, pretty excited to see how the file turns out now!

Five Regrets revision
the first completly accepted file!

Tzuicha-cha
many of these notes are suggestions and a question of stepping style, but a few errors as well though

measure 17, the 8th right before the measure and the one right after it begins could both be jumps going to the vocals
measure 19&21, first 8th vocal-jump
measure 31 the second half is some weird stop+color note shit, it's gonna be awesome
measure 32 i dont think this should be a triple
measure 41 add freezes!
measure 44. the last 16ths are a bunch of color notes
measure 41-50 i recommend you take out the 8ths that are just keeping the beat since you should be having 8th jumps in the 16ths if you keep them. the 16ths and the color notes will be just as cool anyway, it will only really make a difference in measure 41 and 42.
measure 46, that 24th pattern with the following 8ths is only the verge of being too evil
measure 52, should the 8th really be a triple?
measure 53 the second freeze should keep going for another 8th imo
measure 58 the stream is good but the pattern is too evil for the left hand since the melody is playing all the way up and down, just make a minor adjustment
measure 61&63 i dont think you should make the bass kicks during the freezes jumps since you're stepping the the bass kicks in the rest of this part
measure 79 first 4th of measure 79 should be a triple or quad to be consistent with the earlier quads
measure 86, add something to the cymbal crashes here too
measure 89, bunch of missing 8th jumps
measure 91 evil 24th pattern!!

boss in the boss pt 1
some parts are fun to play and it goes pretty well with the song, good job on adding another layer to the second part of the file it made it more fun. you have a tendency to stop following all the sounds you're following when something else you want to step comes in. don't be afraid to just layer it together, especially when it's just some 16ths that are coming in. it's not that bad of a file but overall this file is not challenging enough for this pack. it needs one or more defining parts that stand out and overall needs to be harder, i doubt you could make a file good enough for this pack to this song.

boss the boss pt 2
more challenging and fun but it is very random. for example a lot of the minijacks i dont hear and i dont understand why some freezes are doubles and triples and overall this isn't really layered in any specific way. although once again nice attempt with adding more layers and mixing patterns up when the song is repeating. but this one needs a lot more work, it's pretty far from being accepted as well

Calling
it lacks a flow, it is very inconsistent difficulty-wise and it never really has a cool part. for most part boring and easy and then a 3measure 32nd trill, i mean cmon :P. also mix up the patterns in the beginning. dont see much hope for this one making it in the pack

green hill zone
it's way too easy and uneventful, and i also think a lot of the notes are pretty bs? :P anyways you have some good ideas in your simfiles, your main problems are that you dont always follow the music accurately at all :P and most importantly you choose way too easy songs to step!

impronta
well-made file for most follows the sounds well and your layering is perfect. but it has that two really weird streams after the color note bursts in the middle, and it just feels so random and it's the most imporantant part and climactic of the file, so i'd say that needs to be remade somehow. i don't know how though, just putting a bunch of 3-16th jacks+the bass drum instead of the first stream and then make a constant stream with the bassdrum and the vocals for the second part could possibly work, but the jacks might get way too gay

gj 1-20, the first measure can have jacks to the vocals if you want to :P
measure 20 here you stop following the bass drum on every 4th and start following the snare drum at every second 4th instead. i don't see any reason at all for this, you should keep following the bass drum this section out.
measure 26 that vocal 16th is off
measure 29 i dont like how the bass gallops comes in here when they have been playing constantly throughout this part of the song, add the synth-triple16ths thingys that comes in here instead
measure 41-59 the stream just feels so random, i think this part needs to be changed completly
measure 59-end i think it's just supposed to be 16th stream here at least for most part, even though it doesn't sound like it slowed down¨

outlaw
it's fun because it's hard but it's obviously almost as bs as nvlm's file :P. fun though i enjoyed both oni and heavy, but it's not for this pack

mosiac
good file. fun, well-made, but it's so very simple and nothing special ever happens. just another pretty fun file but it's not for this pack.

my friend mudkip
damn pretty good file for someone who's cdtitle does not even have a transparent background

measure 11 percussion left out on purpose in the beginning?
measure 11 last 8th should be a jump
measure 13 i think that missing 16th should be there
measure 13 8th jump missing in the middle
measure 14 lead melody 16th+8th missing and percussion left out again right after it
measure 15 first 8th should be a jump
measure 16, it's actually 3 64ths not a 32nd, it's very clear on 0.3x
measure 17, its 3 64ths again get rid of da freeze
measure 18-28 if you start following the hi-hat you can't just leave it out sometimes when the melody hits at the same time, adding it on top should just make it more fun anyway
measure 22, that first 16ths before the 32nd seems wrong? and the 4th before the next 32nds should be a jump too im pretty sure the drum hits there as well its just that its fading in so its so subtle. (do as you like with that)
measure 27, its a minijack!
measure 28, missing 32nd
measure 30&31 aaaah dont just put a few 16ths to the melody when it's playing it's most prominent notes and then leave it out. add the missing 16ths

ok i won't go on more with this file right now, it's a really fun file i absolutely want to accept it. but it needs pretty major revision as it has some many layer inconsistencies and left out notes. i want you to go through it very thoroughly and then resubmit it, take your time the pack is in no hurry.

transparent world
yay fast simfiles. didn't look at it in the editor. pretty fun but very simple, also my edit was the same as heavy? i was so disappointed i expected monsterjumpstream on edit. the patterns in the beginning needs to be mixed up. the solo is really cool except for the first part of it felt weird. the part with the trip 16ths needs to be checked, perhaps it was alright i dunno. the ending trill should be changed somehow because the guitar plays differently towards the end of it. this one has a chance even though it's simple and is mostly 16th stream, because it's challenging and great for scoring but it needs something that stands out a bit more to be accepted. and edit should be HARD!

poppin shower
it's a really cool file, fun bursts, good patterns, good flow, good mine usage, good consistent difficulty level although i would like it a bit harder in general. i definitely want to accept it, but it has many minor errors and the layering isn't done the way i would call properly. look at it and resubmit it when you're completly satisfied with it!

measure 3, you can put a minijack to the vocals before the 32nds and the 4th that the 32nds start at should be a double because of the vocals as well
measure 4, i think you can have a minijack to the vocals at the end here too
measure 5, i think the 32nds are 24ths and i think the vocals hit on the last 8th as well so it should be a jump?
measure 6, the trip4ths doesn't have the vocals hitting on them so they should be double but this is a question of style and you can choose this for yourself
measure 11&13, missing 16th in the middle
measure 16 keep following the bassdrum. all 4ths and 8th should be jumps halfway through the measure, then you get 4 16th jumps before the 32nds
measure 19&23&27 one 16th missing in the end
measure 34&42 one 16th too much
measure 35&43 dont leave the last two vocal jumps out! they end on the 4th where the 32nds start anyway so its cool
measure 50 this is wrong somehow but it is a bit confusing with what sounds actually belong to that melody :P
measure 60&68 the first jump only going to "let's" should be a single in my mind
measure 61-67. some missing 16ths like earlier. there's always jumps when the lead synth hits but never a triple when it hits at the same time as the bass drum, but when the bass drum is alone its also always a double. it's not properly layered, redo it. the sound that has the 16ths plays on every 4th and 8th, so add that first. then add the base drum, another arrow on every 4th and the last 8th in every second measure. now add the melody on top of this, you will end up with it sometimes being trips and sometimes jumps, and it will make this part supercoool. you could redo your layering in a few other parts too of the song.
measure 69-73 vocal notes are missing and i think the layering is a bit confusing here too but im too lazy to look at it now

wings of demise
ok a bit fun file, but this song has suuuperpotential. all the copy paste and the minifreeze 32nd trills needs to go lol. there are obvious errors when just playing it, there are also a bunch of cool piano stuff left out here and there. this file isn't even layered at all really. the solo part with the minijacks could be so much better as well. i would like the second verse and chorus cut out, it repeating 3 times in the file is gay. overall this file is very sloppily made so i won't spend 20 minuetes going it through in the editor until you've spent a LOT more time on this. i think you should cut the song, get rid of the second verse and the chorus, and then make a harder file with proper layering that just goes fucking crazy climax with the layering on the last chorus. this song has sooo much potential, expecting a lot out of this one!
