Default Messed Up Arrow Key. Need Help

Hey I have a metal DDR Ion pad and when I hit the UP arrow it sometimes registers 3 hits. (Sort of like a super fast jack). This is incredibly annoying as it registers a boo most of the time. Its definitely not my feet as I cannot get the other keys to do the same. Does anyone know how to fix this?

That's the weirdest thing i've ever heard.
possibly a cord issue, but honestly, WEIRD!

I say you should check to see if the wires in the main cord are torn at all, and if so, recconnect them. If the problem is with the actual button, then I have no idea.

Maybe my replying to this will bring smarter people...they seem to flock to my posts.

Thumbs up Re: Messed Up Arrow Key. Need Help

Hey thanks for the help but I think I figured it out. After a while the left arrow key started doing the same thing. I couldn't get to the wires so I did the only thing I could. I switched the left and up arrow panels. They have some kind of material on them that I assume is important and I must have switched them up when I was messing with it before (as they look identical). Anyway, the pad works fine and I'm happy.
