I can't run GTA IV on max because it doesn't support dual GPU cards, only single-GPU cards. Regardless, I can max out most things on GTA but I have to trade off between high texture quality and lower draw distance or one step down for texture quality and max draw distance (the game doesn't let you do both -- there's a memory slider and it won't let you exceed a certain amount per GPU).
Why they didn't enable support for both GPUs is retarded
