Re: Full Metal Alchemist
I've played some songs about it from the anime pack and I'm pretty interested.
What's it about? |

Re: Full Metal Alchemist
awesome show...to answer you question skully head. its about two brothers whose mom dies then they try to bring her back to life with alchemy well it all goes horribly wrong and the younger brothers soul gets transmuted to a suit of armor and the older btrother loses an arm and a leg. so his "grandmother" who is a mechanic for auto mail and a young girl named wenry look after them...now the older brother and wenry are almost the same age. so they become state alchemists and they do stuff for colonel mustang. i think thats all you need to know now go watch the show dammit! this may be inaccurate because i dont remember that far back in the show that well soooooo whether you want to trust this or not is your decision. also this is like the hundreth one of these threads there has been in the FFR forum just to let you know

Re: Full Metal Alchemist
It's a pretty good anime, not one of my favorites though.

Re: Full Metal Alchemist
Really enjoyed the show despite the fact that I saw everything coming before it happened. Something I found out is that SquareSoft played a good part in the making of this show. I flipped when I found that out.

Re: Full Metal Alchemist
Stop talking about Naruto in this thread. A mod has gone out of his way to try and keep Naruto talk away from other threads/parts of this Forum.
FMA was a highly enjoyable anime IMO. Was fun to watch, story was good and the characters where awesome. My only beef was it was 50 odd episodes long, It really could've been shortened. What you mean by sponsoring it lol.

Re: Full Metal Alchemist
I don't know for sure what they did. They could of sponsored it. I think that it was some of their writers that wrote it. It does have a storyline style that their games tend to follow. I don't know that for sure though.

Re: Full Metal Alchemist
I'm pretty sure that it goes along the lines of Squaresoft helped produce FMA by sponsoring it. I think that's all they had to do with it. I don't think they did the story or any thing. I think Squaresoft got rights to make one or two FMA games though.

Re: Full Metal Alchemist
I like the music in this show, but the show itself, I do not like. Part of the problem might be I haven't watched the Japanese version.

Re: Full Metal Alchemist
Theres always a lot of difference between English dub and the original isn't there lol. However the english dubbed FMA isn't that bad from what I can tell, compared to other anime that has crossed over seas like.
