I need help on jacking.

Ok so I'm playing Hardkore Atomic so I can see if I can pull off Disconnected Hardkore because the file is pure awesome. I've played a few times and my arms just aren't able to jack very well. Any idea on how to make this song any easier to get the semi clean 900 combo? I know I'm asking n00b questions and I know everyone's just gonna flame me and tell me to practice but I need suggestions on how else to make it any easier.

I actually just got this token yesterday. Some days I can jack, and other days, it might be that my hands are too stiff and cold to do it at all. I'm not sure if this helps, but try jacking with the input of your wrist. Stiffening the fingers didn't help for me. Also, hit the keys low so you don't have to expend as much energy lifting your fingers to hit the next jack.

Yeah, I just made a thread on this yesterday. I still don't think I'll have a chance of doing it, but here's some tips others told me: get the 900 combo from the get-go, the beginning is the easiest place to get the combo, and when you hit the jacks, hit the first note as early as you can so that you can hit the arrows fast enough. Like I said in the other thread on this, I can't do right handed jacks for s**t.
I would need to be on speed or crack to get anywheere close to getting this token.
