The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Season 2

So yeah, I randomly went to Animesuki today, after like a year and a half and I see that episode 1 of season 2 is out. I didn't even know that they were going to make a second season.

Anyway, just wondering if anyone even knew about this. This is probably one of the best series I've ever seen and if anyone hasn't seen the first season, this would be a great time to do so, to be caught up with what's going on now.

Episode 1 started a little slow, but got interesting rather fast... Hopefully this second season won't disappoint.

It's definitely real and still revolves around all the same characters. At least so far it has.

They're interspersing the new episodes with the old, in (apparently) chronological order. The next episode is in a couple days, if I'm not mistaken.

I actually watched the first episode of Season 2 first before jumping to the first season chronologically. That episode actually gives me details of what they were talking about in the first chronological episode in Season 1.

It all makes sense, in the long run.

I watched the first series with animanda subs before the site got hacked and loved it. I haven't got round to watching the second since my boyfriends younger brother (Who I introduced to the first) only just found out a few weeks ago and neither of us know where any sites stream or to download from. =/

I think so. Dattebayo and Live-Evil have subbed the first episode, and it was out weeks ago. There doesn't seem to be any newer episodes.

Although, I doubt I would watch it, since it's probably out of chronology.

The way season 2 is set up combines it with season 1 to all be in chronological order.

Oh hey, they've been officially broadcasting episodes of the Anime on the Youtube channel KADOKAWA Anime. And yes, they are subtitled. It's gonna be on until July 5th, so watch it while you can guys!
