Re: Official Tournament Round 1 Song Discussion
Retro City and Fire were pretty much the best. Didn't really like Warmish Walkin' and really didn't like Swaying Sunflowers. Touch Me was okay, I guess. Just never really been a fan of Gunther.

Re: Official Tournament Round 1 Song Discussion
Retro City wasn't too bad of a file. The trills were lol but otherwise it wasn't that bad.

Re: Official Tournament Round 1 Song Discussion
Retro city actually was a great file. Easy to slip up on the second trill section (kind of questioned the trills the first run) but still fun regardless. I suppose that was my favorite of these six.

Re: Official Tournament Round 1 Song Discussion
I somehow managed to AAA Retro City on sightread, I got incredibly lucky on the trills. It's a really fun file - I'll be coming back to it for sure. Pussy Pump is a good upper-range file, too.

I felt like Retro City was pretty good, no complaints except the very last roll just seems out of place

Bravo. Really enjoyed all the files (at least the ones I have played), especially Retro City.

Honestly, Retro City wasn't too memorable besides me being unable to score well on it. Pussy Pump was hilarious, though. |

Re: Official Tournament Round 1 Song Discussion
D1: A simple file. A decent song aswell but no complaints.
D2: Ugh, I hate grace notes like this. But, still a sightread AAA no complaints again. D3: Loved the song and the file. My fav file of the 6. D4: This song is pure MEH! The file wasn't bad though. For once, a bmah file didn't screw me over lol. D5: Another awesome song, and a good file, but I kept screwing up the trills. D6: A surprisingly catchy song and a good file, annoyed I got 1 miss on it but should be able to combo it eventually.

Re: Official Tournament Round 1 Song Discussion
The only issue with retro city was the first section of trills. I still can't believe my AAA run with 1 boo on it though. best screen cap I have right now.
