Oh, that definitely does help. Hopefully, there will be some more D1-D3 players joining in throughout.

Regarding placement, unless the leaderboards show a strong evidence of qualifying for the next division, or that you have placed Top 8 in the Official, chances are that whatever division you were placed in the Official is the division you will be placed in for this tournament. From the leaderboards, you are in a similar situation as badman7772 (being in an extreme borderline of the next division); however, you don't have enough scores that would demonstrate you being D4.
