I'll play them today after school just for you <3 sorry about that! I kinda have a subconscious bias against marathon files.

Handjacks were too much for you? Found that a bit surprising; it's no dump by any means. As for Standard difficulty, I'm also surprised that you thought it wasn't flowy. The sparseness left room for a lot of flowy 12ths streams, especially that ending. I thought it felt quite nice to the hands. What more flow were you looking for? |

Re: FFR Community Pack Summer 2012 Released
Standard flowed very well, but I thought it was a touch underlayered. Heavy was just right, but the jacks kinda disrupted the flow (might just be because I'm bad, though). I would have liked to see a chart that balanced the two approaches.

Re: FFR Community Pack Summer 2012 Released
I could eeeasily do that. Probably didn't do so before because it wouldn't have created much of a difficulty gap. Add a bit of layering to the sparser parts of Standard and it won't be too much different from Heavy.

Re: FFR Community Pack Summer 2012 Released
The first file I played was Getsufumaden just cause of the sampling reminding me of Capcom vs SNK 2. I feel so dirty for admitting that...
@boyfriend: I played Sock's Standard chart cause the song got stuck in my head while making GFX for it. Until I failed, it felt pretty neat, so know that the first half's okay in my book at least. I tried Heavy and failed out sooner, so can't really say anything about that. One thing I noticed about your files is the attention to detail helps make difficult but enjoyable files. You're like the Atlus of Stepmania. Now if you made easy charts... |

Re: FFR Community Pack Summer 2012 Released
Thanks for reviews of my files! Looks like Neurotoxin was generally more well accepted than the other two submissions
I need to write a full review too; have an idea in mind but need time to pull it off... Quote:
