No, I'll step my own song, "Cutthroat", which is a DnB song with tons of buzzing, and I'm gonna use rolls to piss SG off. :P

Yeah, I'm one of the few people who step something that a LOT of people play, and that's pad charts, so what? I'd love to see you take a shot at doing it. (And I already foresee an answer from SG or one of the mainstream KB artist that says "no one gives a crap about pad stfu nub lololol fgt"

This is why you're an idiot for assuming that I don't give a crap about pad files.
I'm not a narrow-minded asshole. I would never talk sh*t about pad because that would be stupid. however, we're talking about spread files, so you shouldn't even bring up the subject of pad files. whoa, didn't see that huh?

ps you do suck at keyboard stepping lololol fgt

[quote=TC_Halogen;2800889]Second off, all I do is nothing but state a proper opinion, and I get back a cheap shot from someone who does nothing but practically copy and paste 50% of a chart and claim it theirs. (Ohi, I play SM too, nice near duplicate from SMG btw.).
Second off, all I do is nothing but state that this proper opinion is stupid for sticking to old techniques that don't work, and I get a cheap shot from someone who doesn't even step good files. (Ohi, I play pad too, nice ripoff of patterns btw.).

believe it or not there's plenty of stuff going on during the short 2 second bursts in vs songs. of course, sometimes they are difficult to hear. other times, song choice is just bad for stepping (ffr more often that sm since freezes are not available)

hence, stop stepping vs (hey that's a proper opinion :] )

you're on a keyboard, not a pad. flick your fingers or something. usually, if a file has rolls that fast, there's like jumpstream or something to compensate for the difficulty balance, hence making index still possible. hey, if you're that good already you should be able to figure out something that works.

no excuses there.

Some files on here that have rolls aren't meant to be "fun" (at least, they don't seem to be), but they do increase the difficulty.
good point

so that means I'm better at stepping :]

ps use spins

My only thing about that is rolls would be slightly more friendly. Although at some of the speeds, I guess it wouldn't matter. But at least give them index players a tiny bit more of a chance?

Insults are not good. They anger people (plus me having a cold doesn't make me feel any happier. ) Valid points are--which is why I liked the last post (besides the fact of you calling me an insecure loser ). Differences in opinions are fine with me, never have cared, but you threw a cheap shot. =O

Nothing really for me to embarrass myself about. I already admitted to not being a KB stepper, but hey, I'd rather try and learn to make them properly instead of doing what some of the Simfile DB steppers do (CTRL+R IN STEPMANIA = GOOD CHARTS GAIZ WEEEEE). I never claimed to be a good KB stepper, but I don't suck in general, I work on the other side of the spectrum, the arcade side.

With that being said: you work your area, and I'll work mine. [/end argument (HOPEFULLY)]

I thought I remember reading somewhere that TC_Halogen=debit13, in which case he isn't bad at all. Coactive is pretty old, but fun and his first file in FFR.

Although I could be mistaking the identity.

wtf you're debit?

ok I take back what I said about you being a bad stepper

coactive was pretty cool, I liked it

though you are a bit mistaken about the roll thing. and the indexers don't need that TINY advantage
