Holy Crap! That was 11 minutes of boredom followed by a minute of ****ing pain. I was aiming for the 15 minutes to see the next message by died while. I still got 11 minutes.

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
i'm having serious difficulties with some of these chips challenge levels. *sigh* the game is so long for no good reason sometimes... and overly complicated so early in the game.
it's frustrating.

Wow, this game is very long, maybe longer then Acno's Energizer which I find really long. Anyways, I'm done with Orbox B:

Played this one before, took about an hour. Boomshinebeat.jpg This one was mostly luck based although there was SOME strategy involved. Would've been cooler with more levels and some new forms of circles or other shapes or something. Last edited by Stanton250; 10-30-2007 at 08:21 PM.. |

For originality (tass was right that it got easy as you learned the patters):
planned.JPG You have to unarchive it then play CHIP.EXE; its a compressed folder |

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
i thought this was pretty impressive...
level 24 is the only one i miss on. missed 5 times, i think, on level 24. 0 misses on any other level. so +500 for those 5 misses on 24... then maybe 200-300 max time bonus i'm missing... i'd say 114,500 is likely max possible score, done flawlessly... although realistic is more around 114,300 to 114,350. edit: theoretical max is 118,800... but that assumes a 1000 for time bonus on each level, which we know is unrealistic. even a 900 on each and every level (many it's possible to get higher... but some my strategy needs it to be less, or just setting up the lines slowly can get under 900) would give 115,500 with 0 misses. i've gotten 980 on the straight drop down level and i figure 990 is possible. that level aside, the best i've gotten is 930 on a level. edit2: also, if you beat the game with a cheat, your score at the top says "cheater!"... so blocking the cheats really isn't needed.

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
Nice, you beat my best by about 100 points
That game gets easier once you know how to pass every level and how to time the drop. It's still hard to execute perfectly, however, and therein lies the challenge. BTW just letting you know, the point cap for Ramps *is* 600 -- all you need is a 100k+ score. Irrelevant Edit: I hated the movie but I love this scene from Spider Man 3 http://youtube.com/watch?v=KCV3yUYvV5Q Last edited by MrRubix; 10-31-2007 at 03:21 AM.. |

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
Did the levels up to 32 at school, then used the password at home to finish.
And this bonus was annoying |
