Prochat Radio Streaming Bit Max?

I was talking to Sapphire about bitrates with the FFR Radio. Most other radio sites ban if you pass 128 kbps streaming, so I was wondering what the preferred cap is on FFR. Of course 320 KB is possible, but compared to other sites I have seen, it's definitely not favored.

You can stream at 320 if you really want to.

However, if you are streaming FLAC or 320 kbps files, you can stream around 256 without losing any noticeable quality.
