The Pseudo Skill Token (PST) is a skill token that you can earn by accomplishing a requirement, but it will not give you a song in FFR, nor will it appear in your profile. I wish to do this for all of us who are not Shashakiro, and cannot have our own skill token dedicated to ourselves. This also creates possibilities for harder tokens like Otaku Oni that would normally not be put into the game. Any user can create a Pseudo Skill Token.
Here are the steps in creating one:

1. Create a custom image using the token outline provided below. The center of the token must have part or all of your avatar. The image should have a transparent background around the token and MUST be in .png format.
Also, make sure the dimensions of the token are 40x44. That's 40 pixels width by 44 pixels height.
2. Post the image, and with it, post your desired requirements.
3. (Optional) Upload a Stepmania file that was STEPPED BY YOU
to the resonance database. Post the link to that file in this thread. Those that get your token will be able to download the song, thus "unlocking it." Another method is to simply upload the file to a more exclusive source, and then send a pm with the download link to whoever unlocks your token.

When posting your token make sure you have it set up like this:

Rules:
1. Each user is allowed only one token.
2. You cannot edit any aspect of your token other than the image.
3. Proof of unlocking a Pseudo Skill Token must be posted in this thread and approved
before you have truly unlocked the token.
4. The requirements for your token have to be requirements that you have accomplished
yourself or are something you are capable of achieving. They also need to make sense (nothing ridiculous). Please make sure that your requirements haven't been used already, as well.
5. No tokens saying to get an exact amount of perfects, goods, averages, etc. are allowed
unless that exact result is required in playing the song a certain way. For example, if the
token requires you to only hit two arrows in a song for the whole time, the result will have to
be a set amount of perfects and misses. Other than in that instance or a similar instance, this
will not be allowed.
6. No tokens that require you to unlock it with a specific playing style (one hand, index, etc.).
The only way this could be proven is through video and not everyone has the option of
making videos.
7. No having a requirement that makes you play a song more than three times in a row if the
song alone is over two minutes, and no more than five times in a row if the song alone is
under two minutes.
8. When you post screenshots in this thread to show you have unlocked a token, you
must include the stats in the upper right corner of your screenshot
(This doesn't apply to tokens marked with a **.)

Example:

If you show a screenshot of your replay page with the scores and dates, then you don't
need the screenshot above.
Also, please specify the token number when you post your screenshots. It speeds up the updating process. Thank you!

Notice:
-The following people are not allowed to participate in achieving these tokens because
there is too much evidence in support of them cheating or they are too suspicious.
If they are able to 100% prove they don't cheat, I will go through all their posts again
and add their name back under each token they unlocked in the first place.
Until then, any tokens they claim to have unlocked will be voided.
-If you are actually caught cheating by the administration and get to the point where
you are skilled enough to get your old token unlocks rightfully, I will not put them back

This would be an exception to that rule. Honestly, I think that (1-1-1-1) on a FGO with a combo over 2000 is the only one that will be taken out. There can be some leeway with one's abilities and the requirements for obtaining their token, but not a lot.

He doesn't need to do it again. That's not the point for him. The point is that he actually did it once, and that is the requirement for his token. His token = something that reflects his skill and what he has done. Others matching his skill is symbolized by receiving his token.

Another rule should be, "If the requirements are something that the creator of the token has done before, then they are awarded their own token upon creation of their token."
