Since this thread was randomly bumped, I'd like to say that Haruhi has pretty good music. Higurashi and Fate/stay night have great music, too. And Eureka seveN has to have the best OST of any anime ever.

They are so many to choose from (and my anime playlist of 10k songs <.<)... many the song I love are OP and ED songs.

Umm Daft Punk isn't anime music. Their album Discovery, was put in tune with a movie made specifically for the album, which happened to be an anime.
