Re: The Solo Scores Thread
When I played O2Jam yesterday back from nearly 5 years of hiatus, I found it extremely hard.
I played Reincarnation for like 20 times and passed only three times. |

Re: The Solo Scores Thread
No.
..Just pulling your leg its a nice pass, tough song especially on non-shuffle notes (incredible ending notes dump rofl) Also, feel free to use shuffle/random in O2Jam as 99.9% of players use it, also helps with notereading skills @Patashu: When starting out your thumb tends to be slow as heck, I believe it will take a good bit of time to get used to it (not to mention the extra reading skill for an extra panel assuming you're moving to this from solo). Personally I use left thumb; I tried practicing my right thumb before and it was epic phail Another important thing, do you use a USB keyboard? As far as I know most/all can't register more than 6 keys as far as I know, you need a ps/2 keyboard for that (which is very important as 7keychord situations pop up frequently on higher level o2 songs and when you mash notes), a workaround for this would be using the shift key as your 7th key though idk if that would work well... Re: The Solo Scores Thread
Nice Planet Bufang and Piano Forte.
I play O2 with two keyboards. I can actually use either one exclusively, but this feels more comfortable. For the record, both can handle 8k presses with certain setups and one is USB while the other is PS/2. Also, the thumb you initially start using for the spacebar (the minute you start playing O2) is the thumb you're going to end up using. It's really, really hard to "unlearn" one thumb and switch to the other. Doing so has virtually no advantage if you get good enough. AFAIK there isn't anybody who uses both thumbs, though I'd imagine THEN you'd have some sort of upper-hand (not by much). I personally use my right thumb. Even when I try to force myself to use my left, I end up using my right anyway. Having spacebar as the 7th key is really hard to get used to at first (nothing like IIDX) but you start to get accustomed to it after time. I think I might have to raise my Cmod on SM soon; I'm getting really used to playing x4/x5 on O2 and c640 is starting to feel kind of slow.

Quad bait.
Iunno. Pretty good MA though? First AA--could do way better though. 1% AWAY FCUK I love this song. I love this chart. So much fun. <3 Kommi for this one. Another badass chart/song. <3 Xiao for this one. EDIT: I pretty much have all of the Bronze achievements done now, I have to just post scores of each individual person. I had a dump of Kommi SS's in here somewhere so I'm not re-doing that to save time. |
