Re: FFR Scores
So ... who is going to get post 20,000?
Any way... In my eyes i cant see someone going through so much trouble "cheating" to look good on FFR. Unless MrRubix is EXTREMLY sad. I believe you dude so keep the good scores coming!

I'm not so adamant to assume, however, that Rubix isn't telling the truth about being lazy on his vid run of Ageha. But if I was steady enough to AAA Caprice, I'd surely be quadding Ageha every attempt, even on lazy ones. Then again, that point brings us back to the notion of SM and FFR lacking a direct correlation to one another. The above was basically part of my reasoning behind saying that Rubix currently (and likely temporarily) remains in a grey area, at least in respect to all prior info (see Shash's posts rofl), as well as taking the video into account. So w/e...Rubix is legit for now. He's innocent until proven guilty. Anyways, go AAA Nova Pulsar or something. It should be easy compared to Caprice. |

To ieat:
Sure. They're both arrow hitting games. But you can't directly infer what someone should be able to do on the other engine based on their scores on one of the engines. This is what I was getting at. It's faulty logic. There are no exceptions just because *you* think ageha is easy. I think red sign is easy. I don't see shash AAA'ing it because his ffr scores are better than mine, and I shouldn't expect him to. The games function not only completely differently...but the game runs completely differently on different computers. Let's also keep in mind that in theory perfect timing on ffr is significantly more lenient than marvelous timing on sm. I've hit arrows so far off it's not even funny and gotten perfects on FFR. The game is hard for me because of lag spikes.

Re: FFR Scores
It's just hard to find a good spot for the camera that shows both my fingers and the screen at the same time, but I'll give it a shot sometime

Re: FFR Scores
But that's exactly what I elaborated upon in my post. I acknowledge that their differences will cause the indirect nature of the relationship between one another, but it's impossible to deny the existence of that relationship.
My case was based on experience on only the majority of good players. Rubix is likely one of the occasional exceptions, which is why I thus refuted my own point on the latter half of my post. =P |

smitty... 200bpm stream is vastly different from 180bpm jumpstream. YOU can FC 200bpm stream... you can't FC 180bpm jumpstream.
also... if this is still an issue around christmas/new years, i'll be in the greater philadelphia area. if it comes down to it, i'd be willing to watch him play in person. assuming he'd allow it and anyone cared at that point.
