Re: TWG 200 Game Thread: Dichotomy
Ben i kinda got townish vibes from earlier, I would normally vote Force here out of sheer scum equity.
but I think a ben flip is just flat-out more useful here. His wagon is super clean, all of the scrambling last EoD is primarily centered around protecting Ben and also distancing from a Logman lynch (presumably mislynch. they "know" he was town, so they don't want to be associated with a green flip.) My PoV is that the wolves needed to protect Ben, but also didn't want to throw all of their votes onto a green-flip. So, they needed a new wagon bigger than Ben's. They first tried with Kappa. The Kappa hype faded, so they needed someone new. So they tried Haku. Haku ended up being "good enough" of a wagon, because it kept Ben out of danger and absorbed votes that could have gone towards Ben. Without needing to get their hands dirty with a Logman mislynch. Force fits this narrative to a fucking T. I want to nail him to the cross for scum behavior, but I think we get more bang for our buck starting off with Ben, because Force's scumminess is partially predicated on a Ben wolf. |

Re: TWG 200 Game Thread: Dichotomy
I'm currently under the assumption that everyone who dies (wolves included), goes to the 2nd game*. In which case, the consequence of "moving to another separate game" is very much different than what you see in a normal game (i.e. being eliminated from the game forever).
*This assumption may not be 100% correct, but it's the most reasonable thing to assume currently. If it's more satisfactory, I could be a bit more precise and say that the consequences are not necessarily the same. |

Could that be faked? Absolutely. But it was so early within the game's life that I have to assume it wasn't some big brain move that just sprouted out of nowhere. |

Re: TWG 200 Game Thread: Dichotomy
this was my thought-process too... what if we receive different roles when we enter game 2? (i don't think this is true but you can't deny it's possible)
plus what if he claimed seer and there isn't another seer in the game to counter-claim???

Also, plop in the AC game was a lot more reactionary versus that (and that's why I wolf-read him then and was VERY wrong). One last thing, I don't know why pointing out all those votes like that is seen as alignment indicative? It's information, but what does Plop add to it? Nothing. No new thoughts or anything. Idk, it seems like an easy town lean for something that shouldn't be. |

the nightkill is weird though. wolves don't kill blind. 3p MIGHT kill blind. vigi may or may not kill blind. maybe a kill was redirected to him. idk. but if blind is a wolf in the purgatory game, there is literally no reason for him to NOT fakeclaim there. |

Re: TWG 200 Game Thread: Dichotomy
I believed (past tense) that there was likely a wolf in the other game. I thought gold/log was a possible pairing (despite the fact that gold started the wagon on log), but now that gold has self-voted in order to get an insta going on him, I don't think this pairing is likely anymore.
